I have had the distinguished privilege of working with Adam in a very high pressure environment. In the short time Adam has been a member of my team, he has raised the bar in all of the technical areas under which he has responsibility. Adam Blackington, a Google Customer Engineer engaged by EPAM Inc., has been a positive asset to our team in delivering solutions for the Google Marketplace.

His ability to quickly identify and connect us with the right subject matter experts (SMEs) from the Dialogflow team was instrumental in resolving our issues and supporting the creation of flexible flows.

I had the pleasure of working with Adam on Comscore's Google Cloud environment for several years while he was attached to our account. Adam was proficient, patient and easy for us to work with, helping us realign our GCP organization and domain, and salvaging what had been a badly damaged working relationship.
